Education & Outreach

In addition to our internal educational programing, Chorus Abilene has many collaborations within the community to in efforts to bring the gift of music to those outside of our doors.

Campers will experiment with music in various forms: singing, learning to recognize notes, using rhythm instruments, and theory lessons using iPad games.

Senior Access to Music
Senior Access to Music is presented to Seniors Citizens in Nursing Homes and Retirement Centers who cannot attend regularly ticketed concerts due to physical, mental and economic challenges. Our choirs & ensembles travel to these centers to bring the joy of music into their world.
